Local Authorities

We work closely with commissioning teams and professionals in both Children's Services and Leaving Care Teams.  Our goal is to make placements as smooth and seamless as possible for all involved,  and most importantly, for the young people.

We provide the following services to Local Authorities:

• pre-placement assessment and planning meeting

• long-term placements

• transport to the placement

• floating support

• supported accommodation for planned placements, emergency placements and bridging placements

• responsible adult to attend police or court

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept referrals for children under the age of 16 as it is a legal requirement that they are placed within residential children's homes. We are able to accept referrals for young people aged 16+.
